Valerie Bertinelli revealed that Christina Aguilera was rude to her the first and only time they’ve ever met, but denies having an actual feud with her like it's been rumored.
While on Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live, she was asked about their run-in and she was honest about their encounter.
"I did not have a feud with her. I was a fan at that time, a long time ago, and I went up to her because she was at a Van Halen concert, and I said, 'Oh my God, I think you're a beautiful singer, blah, blah, blah,' and she just [made a dismissive gesture and] went, 'Yeah, whatever,’” she revealed, UPI reports.
She went on to say that Aguilera just gave her the “cold shoulder,” and she thought to herself, “B-tch, I'm a fan! You can't be nice to me?”
When host Andy Cohen asked if they’ve since run into each other, she said they have no but she’s heard through the grape vine that her diva-like antics have not changed since then.
Bertinelli was married to Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen at the time.
This is hardly the first time someone has claimed Aguilera gave them the same type of treatment, much like the rumors of Ariana Grande's diva antics. Viewers got a better glimpse of her personality during her time on The Voice.
