Tyler Hoechlin, Blake Jenner and Wyatt Russell to star in Richard Linklater's 'That's What I'm Talking About'

Despite the critical success of Boyhood, writer/director Richard Linklater is already hard at work on making his next movie, That's What I'm Talking About. This is expected to be a spiritual sequel to his cult classic Dazed and Confused and it appears that he already has a few stars in mind.

Deadline reports that Blake Jenner (Glee), Tyler Hoechlin (Teen Wolf) and Wyatt Russell (22 Jump Street) are the three young men whom Linklater is hoping will join his picture. They are supposed to be playing lead baseball players, according to the website.

The movie is set to center on a group of college freshmen in the '80s, as opposed to a group of high school seniors in the late '70s.

Linklater is hoping to shoot the movie this fall, but if he gets caught in the award buzz that IFC Films is pushing for Boyhood, he may either have to start early next year, or jump between wearing nice suits and going to long shoot, Indiewire notes.
