3. Pumpkin Dump Cake
Just in case you can’t decide between the pumpkin cake above or the classic pumpkin pie, this recipe is here to provide both. A pumpkin pie mix fills the bottom of the pan, and then a cake mix tops that. Once baked, the brown sugar on top caramelizes and makes a crumb-like topping. Top with whipped cream, nuts or ice cream.
