2. Pumpkin Crunch Cake
This is similar to the pumpkin cake, which comes out of the oven very moist. It’s almost more like a pie than cake. Cake mix and pumpkin mixture are combined together to achieve the moistness. Then, pecans are added to the crunchiness. Serve this at your family Thanksgiving as a dish to make in a crunch (pun intended).
