Katie Holmes will appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Monday, where she talked about her anxiety over getting every item on daughter Suri’s Christmas list correct.
Suri, who Holmes shares with Tom Cruise, is now 8 and apparently very specific about what she wants from Santa Claus.
She explained, "It's written out -- she's very organized -- and I start to get a little bit of a panic because you cannot screw up talking to Santa.”
Huffington Post reports the reason she’s panicked is “because if you screw that up that’s years and years of hearing about it, and then probably therapy.”
When asked for examples in how she’s specific, Holmes said she asked for a puppy, plus a “purple clip” and a “pink collar that has sparkles on it that says the puppy’s name.”
ETOnline notes Suri lives primarily with her mother in New York City, but visits her father in Los Angeles frequently.
During a Today Show appearance in August, Cruise talked about raising Suri as a single mother.
"I try very hard because I am very grateful for my upbringing and my parents and siblings. I try to do what they did for me for my little one," she said.
