Duck Dynasty is a surprise smash success and now you can get even closer with the Robertson family in the Duck Dynasty video game.

From the same publisher of the Call of Duty franchise, Activision, the upcoming game takes you on a journey where you try to reach Robertson family fame by hunting, fishing, racing and pranking, alongside the renowned A&E family, Gamespot reports.
Become part of the family when the Duck Dynasty game is released Oct. 14 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and the Nintendo 3DS.
Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson is not shy when it comes to sharing his opinion and has faced some strong controversy in the past as a result.
Back in December of last year, Robertson got into some trouble and was shortly suspended from the successful show when he commented on homosexual lifestyles. More recently, Robertson commented on the Islamic group ISIS and said that we should either convert the or kill them.
Robertson's son, Willie Robertson spoke with Fox News about why other families identify with the Robertsons. "It's cool making a show that actually impact's people and touches peoples' lives and I think people do see that in us as a family. You may see a crazy uncle, you may see your dad set in his ways and us trying to change him," Robertson said. "It's a bunch of unique characters and we are true to life."
