Kate Gosselin, former star of the TLC show Jon & Kate Plus 8 looked incredibly different on October 25 when she re-united with her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, for a family yard sale.
Us Magazine reports that the controversial reality TV mom was spotted on October 25 at a yard sale that took place at St. John's United Church of Christ in Wernersville, Pennsylvania, sporting an almost unrecognizable new look.
Kate became known for her signature short, spiky hair style while Jon & Kate Plus 8 was still on air, but in 2010, the 39-year-old mother of 8 wowed everyone by sporting longer blonde hair extensions. The extensions were a far cry from her short hair (and were pretty pricey), but Kate welcomed the new hair and said that it was, "a fresh start, a fresh me, a fresh life."
Now Kate's managed to change her look once again, so much so that it would take a second glance to realize who the former TLC star is. She was sporting even longer blonde hair and minimal makeup as she and her children sold old family belongings, such as books, clothes, appliances, and other items.
A local radio station, Y102 Reading, announced that a portion of the proceeds from the yard sale would be donated to the Animal Rescue League Of Berks County. The yard sale was also filmed for a Kate Plus 8 special that will be airing on TLC in December.
Jon was also spotted looking through some of the old family belongings.
Jon has been in some recent financial trouble. Earlier in the month, it was reported that he was evicted from his home in Pennsylvania. He's reportedly broke, and his last job at a credit company only lasted a few months.
Jon and Kate began the divorce process in 2009. They're parents to 14-year-old twins, Cara and Mady, and 10-year-old sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah, and Joel.
