Despite reports on Wednesday that stated Real Housewives of Atlanta star Apollo Nida started his 8-year prison sentence, it’s now being revealed he missed his sign-in deadline.

Instead of checking in like he was supposed to, he reportedly showed up at the home he shares with wife Phaedra Parks.

“It was such a surprise, because he showed up while he was already supposed to be behind bars at a federal prison in Lexington, Kentucky," the source told People. "The police were called, but he left on his own. The whole incident was caught on camera."

Bravo’s cameras were rolling to catch the entire incident, so expect the fight to be shown on next season of RHOA.

The reason he went to the house to pick a fight with Parks is reportedly over money. She refused to give him money while he’s in jail and he went there to confront her about it.

TMZ reports he also blew up on her because she told him she wouldn’t bring their two kids to prison to visit him.

“What the f*** is the matter with you," he reportedly yelled at her. "I don't give a f*** about the police, call them, I dare you."

The couple, married for five years now, has had a lot of issues since this new set of legal problems has arisen. Nida was sentenced to eight years behind bars for laundering $2 million.

"He would show up at her office screaming at her and demand money. Over the last two months, he's dropped thousands of dollars at strip clubs, drinking, and partying – and spending virtually no time with his children,” the source continued to People.
