8. Benji and Joel Madden
Good Charlotte was formed in 1996 by two twin brothers, Benji and Joel Madden, and quickly accumulated a large fan base. With the twins leading the vocals and guitar, Good Charlotte was incredibly successful with their five studio albums, Good Charlotte (2000), The Young and the Hopeless (2002), The Chronicles of Life and Death (2004), Good Morning Revival (2007), and Cardiology (2010).
According to the Daily Mail, the brothers have sadly announced that there will be no more Good Charlotte. Luckily, it appears as though the duo will leave behind former Good Charlotte members, Paul Thomas, Billy Martin, and Dean Butterworth, to form their own band, The Madden Brothers.
The Madden Brothers recently released their single, “We Are Done,” which became a top 40 song on Billboard’s Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles. Their first studio album as The Madden Brothers, Greetings from California, is scheduled to be released on Sept. 16.
