The top spot on our countdown goes to not just one individual, but the entire Tennessee Titans team and staff members. Last week, former Titan Tim Shaw announced that he had been diagnosed with the devastating disease. In his video, the 30-year-old, who recently retired from the NFL, challenged his former Titans teammates. The team responded and held up Shaw jerseys before taking the field to do a joint ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.
