As was an obvious driving factor in his life and career, humor is the first lesson left by Williams. Williams enforced the notion of laughter being the best medicine. This was the core of his character in 1998’s Patch Adams. Laughter and humor can help lift one from even the toughest situations. A good sense of humor is truly one of the most important characteristics to have.
