The Bulls signed one of the most mature players in the NBA Draft this offseason – Doug McDermott. He was also known for his scoring throughout his college career. If he can come in and do what Kyle Korver did for the Bulls a few years back he will be an effective role player. With that said the Bulls made even more noise amnestying Carlos Boozer and signing Pau Gasol. Gasol is a veteran big man with two rings on his resume. He knows how to pass and play defense. If Derrick Rose can return for a full season of healthy basketball, the Bulls will be championship contenders this year.
