8. Portland Trail Blazers
The Trail Blazers are a young team that surprised a lot of people with their play early on last season. Their team didn’t change much this offseason but the players each got a year older and wiser. They fell off mid-last season presumably because the pressure got to them. This year won’t be the same story because they will all have more experience in that sort of situation. Damian Lillard will have another terrific season.
