As far as her lesser-known movies go, Love Potion No. 9 is one of Bullock's most endearing roles. She plays Diane, a geeky biologist with a neglected physical appearance. She and her colleague create a love potion to help them attract dates. The movie is charming and Bullock totally plays the role well.
