3. Heckler/Cop Movie (Season 1, Episode 6)
The "Heckler" segment serves as a bit of catharsis for Louis as a stand-up. He conveys the frustration of a comedian dealing with a boisterous audience member, and sheds some light on how inconsiderate it actually is to heckle someone. The second segment gives us one of the funniest moments in the series as we see Louie attempt (and fail) to act opposite Matthew Broderick. Still dressed in his character's cop uniform, he finds himself involved in an actual "armed" robbery in a convenience store. In the DVD commentary for this episode, Louis shares an anecdote playing a police officer on Parks & Recreation, and how his favorite part of the role was strolling through the neighborhood in his police costume. The getting involved in an actual crime was something he came up with during that time.
