In 2008, a slot floor person at the Desert Diamond Casino in Tucson, Arizona admitted to stealing about $650,000 over the course of two years. Adam Thomas Vega obtained passwords needed to generate jackpot tickets that paid out over $1,000 apiece. The heist was the largest theft ever committed by an employee in Arizona casino history.
