8. Cashier-cage Robbers
The No. 8 heist on our list takes us back to the Bellagio when a three-man crew robbed the casino in 2000. The trio of bandits was made up of Jose Manuel Vigoa, Luis Suarez, and Oscar Sanchez Cisneros. The men literally fell down on their faces several times during the commission of the robbery at the cashier cages. Vigoa even made the rookie mistake of getting his uncovered face on camera. When questioned, Cisneros squealed on his accomplices and later committed suicide in his jail cell while awaiting trial. Vigoa and Suarez were each sentenced to prison terms and ordered to pay restitution.
