1) When Jerry and Kramer are on the observation deck of a hospital surgery, things cannot go right. Kramer thinks it is a movie and decides to bring junior mints in with him. When continually trying to force a mint upon Jerry, it gets swatted out of Kramer’s hand and lands in the patient's open wound. Of course nobody in the room saw it happen and the patient gets stitched up with the mint inside him. This is a typical Kramer move and the two of them share equally hysterical looks just after it happens.
