10. Barack Obama
The president of the United States has openly admitted to smoking marijuana as a teenager. You would never expect Mr. Obama to openly say, "When I was a kid, I inhaled frequently. That was the point."
Not only does he admit having smoked this substance, he also supports its legalization. According to Time, on an interview with the New Yorker he said, “it’s important for it to go forward because it’s important for society not to have a situation in which a large portion of people have at one time or another broken the law and only a select few get punished.”
Of course, one man alone cannot change the law, even if he’s the president of this country.
