Zac Efron appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week to promote his new film Neighbors and he revealed the man that all the ladies have to thank for his frequent shirtless scenes in the film.
Efron said his co-star, Seth Rogen, would tell him to take off his shirt just to mess with him, but Efron didn’t realize and did it anyway. He likely didn’t care, as he told Fallon he has “idolized” Rogen since he saw Knocked Up.
“I would do anything at his command,” Efron admitted, PopCrush reports. “He would just say, ‘Zac, shirt off in this scene,’ and I’d be like okay, yes, sir. Eventually, I realized that the cameras weren’t even really pointed my direction.”
He added he soon noticed, “He was just f—ing with me.”
At the MTV Movie Awards last month, the ladies had singer Rita Ora to thank for ripping off his shirt upon accepting his award for Best Shirtless Performance.
