Singer Zac Brown and his wife, Shelly, have welcomed their fifth child. The couple are already parents to four girls, so the new baby is their first boy.
Shelly gave birth to Alexander Frost Brown on Monday in Atlanta, Georgia. The baby joins big sisters Justice, 7, Lucy, 6, Georgia, 4, and Joni, 3.
Brown’s rep told The AP the newborn weighed 11 lbs., 7 ounces.
The Grammy-winning Zac Brown Band took to their official Twitter page to share the happy news with fans.
“Zac & Shelly Brown are pleased to announce the arrival of Alexander Frost Brown! Born May 5, 2014,” a message read on the page, along with a photo of the couple.

In November, a message from the band’s Twitter page revealed the couple were expecting their first boy. #BabyBrown Update! Please help us congratulate Zac and Shelly as they welcome their 1stbaby BOY this spring!” they wrote.
The Zac Brown Band will embark on a tour later this month.
