5. A girl needs a man to be happy
A big problem with Disney princesses is that most of them rely on a man to make them happy. The man is usually made out to be their savior, such as Ariel’s prince saving her from the curse of Ursula, and their life is instantly made better. The young princesses also are notorious for constantly thinking about finding “Mr. Right” and devoting the majority of their life to it. Sadly, this can make young girls feel the need to find a man and feel incomplete without one. Not everyone needs a man and men do not equate to “happiness” once you find the right one.
