8. Cersei and Jaime Lannister in the tower at Winterfell - Season 1 Episode 1:
At the time this scene occurs, not too much is known about Jaime and Cersei Lannister and what kind of people they are. The basics of the situation are this: it's gross because they are for one, brother and sister. Furthermore, they are in a dirty tower - not a very romantic setting - and the sex isn't particularly... sweet and sultry. It's hot because the sex is primal. There's clearly a very strong attraction between the two and the fierceness of their encounter proves that.
So despite all the negatives of the scene, the tragic way it ends, and how unlikable we come to learn the characters—at least Cersei—are, there is a very basic appeal about this scene; it may be dirty sex, but sometimes (as movies and television shows would have us believe) dirty sex is the best kind. It just usually doesn't end in child murder.
