10. Viserys Targaryen and his slave-girl Doreah - Season 1 Episode 4:
With the exception of Joffrey Baratheon, Viserys Targaryen is probably the most hated character in the Game of Thrones universe. He was cruel, sniveling and pathetic, among other fitting negative adjectives, so it may be hard to believe any scene with him could be hot. But his sex scene with Doreah, the slave girl he purchased to service him, act as handmaid to Daenerys, as well as to teach her to keep Khal Drogo sexually satisfied, was indeed steamy.
It makes the list because for the first two minutes, Viserys wasn't a total jerk. He was answering Doreah's questions about the dragons with a confidence and passion that was uncharacteristically genuine and even innocent, in a way. And Doreah seemed to be getting turned on by his words, which sort of made the scene a nerd fantasy come true: a history-lesson with sex attached.
If only Viserys didn't kill the mood by showing his true obnoxious colors.
