9: Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds
The song is famous, aside from it’s musical merit, but also for the fact that the initials of the title are “LSD”. Lennon however heavily denied the fact, and the inspiration really came from a drawing his son Julian had made. Alice in Wonderland was also cited as a source for the lyrics imagery.
