For the second time in a month, a highly anticipated HBO series has crashed the cable network’s streaming app HBO Go. The Game of Thrones season four premiere was unavailable on HBO Go while it was airing nationwide.

Entertainment Weekly notes that fans were encountering a “fatal error” message when they tried to watch the new episode. HBO used the HBO Go Twitter page to acknowledge the error, suggesting that subscribers wait to watch it On Demand or see the re-run at 11 p.m.

“Having trouble accessing @HBO GO? Send a raven. @GameOfThrones will be available soon on HBO On Demand with some cable providers,” one tweet read.

HBO Go had a similar issue on March 9, when the True Detective season finale aired.

According to Deadline, after that issue, Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes said during a conference that they are going to invest more in HBO Go. “That’s good news for those of you that tried to watch True Detective last week… we want to make HBO Go stronger,” he said at Deutsche Bank’s Media, Internet and Telecom Conference.
