6. Worst Actress in a Supporting Role
Winner: Diane Kruger, The Host
The Host somehow made a big budget film look like something that a 13-year-old would have dreamed about. It was absolutely outrageous and, while it was fantasy, the special effects were so bad that I spent half the movie constantly rolling my eyes.
That being said, Kruger was the worst actress of the bunch. She over acted. Her emotions were too extreme and the way that she spoke was so lame that it drew attention to her in all of the wrong ways. Instead of coming out looking like a great actress in a bad film, she looked like an actress that made a bad film worse.
Critics hated The Host as well. It has a certified rotten rating on Rotten Tomatoes with only 8 percent of critics giving it good reviews.
