We’re often told that “innocence is dead,” or so it seems. Vonnegut explores this chilling thought through a decapitation, double murder, radioactivity and wiping out an entire city and its inhabitants through a bombing. Deadeye Dick, also known as Rudy Waltz, endures a journey for happiness that makes the viewers challenge their own beliefs and question what they believe in.
