Quite frankly, not really a fan, but the train-wreck that is Miley Cyrus is just about to hit the 45 million mark of fans. Miley does frequently update and many of the posts come from Twitter and Instagram, which include personal and semi-candid moments in the “Wrecking Ball” singer's day-to-day. Including fans in her life, even when it’s close to X-rated, is really why any fan follows any celebrity or personality. Score one for Miley.
