7. Archer
I feel bad putting a show as consistently hilarious as Archer so low on the list, but alas, my personal bias to the upcoming shows forces my hand. Archer is essentially a James Bond send-up built around a spy agency full of horrible people with almost no moral scruples and no sense of decency.
There's not much else to say about Archer. It's just extremely funny, and should be watched for that virtue alone.
