10. Rick and Morty
For those who have never heard of Rick and Morty, don't feel too down on yourself. It's a very new series on Adult Swim from the mastermind behind Community, and it's still finding its footing. But I'll be damned if it isn't already really good.
It's founded on a mixture of high concept sci-fi, pop culture, and dark humor, centered on a skewed vision of the Marty McFly/Doc Brown relationship, if Marty was a spineless idiot and Doc was his alcoholic, dimension-hopping grandfather. It's new so it doesn't make it high on the list, but it already has the unique voice and humor to join the all-time greats.
