Alan Rickman is a British actor, with classical and modern theater experience. While a little old for the part (not the only person on this list to be too old), Rickman is legendary, and would make a regal Hamlet. His experience both on film and stage in dramatic and complicated roles would help to emphasize the conflicted character of Hamlet.
