Ringo has appeared in 36 roles on television as well as the big screen, and has tried his hand at directing and producing. One of his more famous projects was starring as Mr. Conductor on the Shining Time Station series, for which he also narrated stories for Thomas the Tank Engine. His role earned him a Daytime Emmy nomination in 1989.
