5. Demi Lovato
Demi Lovato is set to go on her first tour since her altercation incident while she was on the Camp Rock tour. In 2010, Lovato punched one of her backup dancers in the face while on a plane. This set off a string of events and led Lovato to cancel the rest of her appearances on the tour and enter a rehab facility. She eventually opened up and said she went in for an eating disorder and self-mutilation issues. Earlier this week on an interview with Guliana Rancic on E!, Demi revealed she also had a problem with cocaine, marijuana and alcohol before she turned 21.
