Kate Upton appeared on the 2012 cover, for her first time at only 19 years old. She then went on to be featured on the 2013 cover and the back cover of the 2014 issue. She was featured inside the 2011 issue and was named Rookie of the Year. She’s photographed in a brown and red barely-there bikini, with the tiniest bottoms. Upton instantly became a huge hit among readers and fans for her all-American blonde look and sexy curvy figure. The cover reads, “Kate Upton. Any Questions?”
