9. In a different take on the classic Peter Pan story, Hook is about the life of the grown up Peter Pan (Robin Williams) who must rescue his children from a vengeful Captain Hook (Dustin Hoffman). Williams composes a magical, fantasy score to go with the film that reminds one of childhood and believing in happy thoughts. With the use of brass instruments in a powerful way, the score is just as epic and adventurous as the movie. Listening to the soundtrack makes one want to yell “bangarang” and join the lost boys.
