3. “Bob Day Afternoon”

This is one of the earliest episodes but remains a classic. Bob returns from a stressful trip to the bank and, on his way back to work, he sees a plethora of vans, cars and the police rush to the bank. They need to use Bob's Burgers as a police headquarters to deal with a hostage crisis. Mickey, the robber, demands pizza from Jimmy Pesto’s, but, to Bob’s pleasure, hates it. He takes the opportunity to deliver him burgers, and finds himself stuck in the middle of a hostage crisis and even an evolving friendship with Mickey.
