5. Insidious
Although some might not consider the 2011 film, Insidious, a typical demonic possession film, it does feature someone’s body being used for supernatural creatures to utilize. The film tells the story of a child who enters a comatose like state, while the rest of the family begins to experience horrifying events in their home. With classic “boo” moments and disturbing images, James Wan’s film quickly became an extremely popular film, and, to this day, still captivates viewers.
