Why he should: Justin Bieber would play a great Peter. Bieber fits right in as the boy that will never grow up. Also, he can sing in a high, childlike voice.
Why he shouldn't: He is not exactly family-friendly. With all of his bad behavior recently, he can't be dependable with such a big live event.
