Mary Fahl's Top 10 tips for the chronically late

1. Encourage lateness in others.

“Oh, you’re an hour behind? No problem… take your time…” This will always be our response to your frantic phone call from the road. We don’t mean to encourage your bad habits, but lateness in others bothers us not a whit… in fact, we’ll love you for it. Forget the house gift, just show up late – the extra time we need is gift enough.

How are we doing so far? Well, we’ve got our lateness down to the 15 minute level – which is a huge improvement – but excuse me, I have to run… we’re do out in 10 minutes and I still haven’t taken my shower.
