2. Have lots of cards, gifts and gift bags on hand.
A lot of our lateness was caused by running around at the last minute buying gifts and cards for people. Now I keep a drawer with lots of cards and a closet filled with easy gifts everyone loves like beautiful scented candles and the gift bags/tissue paper to wrap them in. This has been a huge time saver.
