Have you ever gotten so drunk you forgot to put clothes on before leaving the house? Travis apparently did when he was arrested in Texas after crashing his car into construction barricades. When the cops showed up, Travis was butt naked and refused to take any sobriety tests. After being placed in the squad car he then threatened to kill the police officers.
