2. Ozzy Osbourne
Not only did Osbourne pee on the Alamo Cenotaph, a statue commemorating the Texans who died during the battle in 1836, but he did it while wearing his girlfriend’s dress. He was drunk during this event, if that makes the reasoning behind it any clearer. Osbourne was arrested for public urination and intoxication and banned from San Antonio by the city council. The ban lasted for 10 years until Osbourne donated some serious cash to the Daughters of the Republic of Texas.
