6) Amy Poehler
The irresistible Amy Poehler worked her tail off to earn her success. The actress, comedian, producer, and writer graduated from Boston College and proceeded to take the world by storm. Poehler studied Improv in Chicago before moving on to NYC where she founded the comedy troupe The Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. Poehler is best known for her eight years on SNL, where she earned two Emmy nominations. Poehler currently stars as everyone’s favorite park fanatic Leslie Knope on the NBC comedy Parks and Recreation.
