Mindy Kaling graduated from Dartmouth College before her career took off with NBC’s The Office. The actress, comedian, writer, producer, and director was nominated five times for the Emmy Awards for her role as a producer on the sitcom. In 2010, Kaling was nominated for Outstanding Writing in a Comedy Series alongside Greg Daniels. Kaling is now the star and creator of Fox’s hit comedy The Mindy Project, where she channels her mother, who worked as a gynecologist. In 2013, Kaling was recognized by Time as one of the 100 most influential people in the world. Go Mindy!
