10. Finding Neverland (2004)
Johnny Depp often plays quirky roles, so it was refreshing to see him in a much more serious film. Depp plays Peter Pan writer J.M. Barrie in Finding Neverland with a convincing Scottish accent and all the seriousness and silliness needed to play the role. The film is both uplifting and heartbreaking and paints a vivid portrait of Barrie.
