5) People who don’t use blinkers
In any situation, this is just wrong. Blinkers allow other drivers to know what you're thinking. Without them, drivers are forced to slam on their brakes, cut in front of vehicles and cause accidents. Sometimes you are also forced to wait on an oncoming vehicle that turns completely out of your way without ever turning on their blinker, wasting your precious time.
