6) People who slow down before getting into a turn lane
The entire purpose of a turn lane is to slow down and allow others to pass you. A large handful of drivers don't realize this, however, and they start to slow down before they even get to the turn lane. Drivers will also drive halfway into the turn lane, but take their time getting over completely, not allowing any other vehicles to pass.
