When a driver is driving slowly on the road, you want to pass them. They may have all the time in the world, but you most certainly do not. But it always seems as soon as you finally have the chance to pass, when you finally get in front of them, they stay right on your tail. Drivers are slow until they realize they weren’t quite going the speed limit, and then once you get past them, they finally figure it out and put the pedal to the metal. It’s even worse when you attempt to pass a slow driver, and then they speed up to the point where it’s no longer safe to pass.
