6) Saw (2004)
Highly underrated at the time and criticized for its excessive violence. Looking back now, Saw was an excellent film, especially for the budget it was given. Minimal locations give this film a claustrophobic sense of dread, and it has one of the greatest twist endings in recent horror film memory.
